Matt Keenan

Matt, a Spokane native, is joining our team after working as a Real Estate Broker in the greater Seattle area the past three years. Matt graduated from Shadle Park Highschool and went on to play football at Whitworth University in Spokane. While in Seattle, Matt worked with a top producing agent Laura Faulkner, and specialized in new construction homes. In the past three years, he has sold over $8.5 million dollars' worth of real estate. In his time Matt learned that relationships were more important than transactions. Building lifelong relationships with clients is what he strives for, because real estate is the biggest investment a person will make in their life. With that in mind, Matt will do whatever it takes to put his clients in the best position possible when it comes to any transaction, whether that is your own home, or an investment property. With the tools at 4 degrees, Matt can provide his clients with top notch services including professional marketing, staging, and a list of well qualified buyers that are actively looking in the Spokane area. In his free time, Matt enjoys playing golf at all the tremendous courses around the Spokane area. Matt and his girlfriend, Sarah, also have added a new golden retriever puppy to their family named Camper. If Matt isn’t at the golf course or an open house, you will most likely find him at Deer Lake, where his family has just purchased a piece of property with plans of building a cabin in the future.
